Enological remarks:

Garnet-black color, flawless, dense
and compact to the nose with a scent
of roasting, remarkable precision, significant
cleanliness, with the tough stiffness of a fancy
cabernet, warm and juicy, mature tannin,
licorice and cocoa: a real "Mouton".
